First time home buyers will receive a credit of $3000.00 on the completion
of your first home transaction to help with costs associated with the buying process, like home inspection, moving and legal costs.
Requirements for the Incentive:
- The Seller must offer on the MLS a minimum of 2.00% commission to the Cooperating brokerage for the rebate to apply.
- The First Time Home Buyer Incentive is ONLY offered to clients on contract with Sheri Sullivan or Deborah Kanfer.
- The rebate will be payable by bank draft to the buyer within THREE (3) business days of the closing/completion of the purchase.
- THIS OFFER IS NOT INTENDED TO SOLICIT BUYERS OR SELLERS UNDER CONTRACT WITH ANOTHER REALTOR BROKERAGE.
- The Buyer warrants that the Buyer is not a party to any other buyer representation contract (implied, verbal or written) agreement with any other registered real estate brokerage for the purchase of property of the general description of the property being purchased through Sheri Sullivan or Deborah Kanfer.
